We are very proud of what our parents feel about the service that we have to offer. The testimonials listed below are just a sample with many more being available on demand. Such is the effectiveness of these testimonials and of the supportive 'word of mouth' we have not advertised our Hoole Village nursery for the past eight years.

"Having looked at many nurseries in and around Chester I can say I have never experienced one as lovely as The Spinney Bell Meadow. The staff are fabulously attentive to the children and babies, and I have found a very rare mix of true professionalism and genuine care for each child. The premises are exceptionally well looked after, a pride in the job that seems to extend to everything they do. My son Joseph is very happy here and has developed great confidence in what could be quite an alien environment. Alison and Louise have been tremendously supportive and are even on emergency call to take Joseph when I go into labour with my second! "Having thoroughly researched all nurseries in Chester, I decided upon the Spinney Bell Meadow for my little girl. The care the children receive is fantastic, all members of staff are very friendly and know my daughter by name. The management team are great and did all they could to help settle my little girl in. I arrived unannounced a number of times and stayed several times whilst settling my daughter into the nursery-all this is encouraged. The building is very clean but adorned with paintings and photos with lots of newish but well-used toys. Well done to Alison, John and deputy Louise - I can't thank you and your fab team enough. "I would highly recommend the Spinney Bell Meadow Nursery. As a first time mum returning back to work I was anxious to find the right nursery for my son. After visiting a number of nurseries in the Chester area I was surprised at the poor level of service and care offered, however I am pleased to say that this is not the case at the Spinney Bell Meadow. My son is a happy confident little boy who enjoys playing with the other children and nursery nurses. I feel lucky that I can go to work and not have to worry about my son as he is looked after and cared for to the same level as if he was at home with me. For that I cannot thank Alison and the team enough!" Christine
