Staff Profiles

We are very proud of our Nursery staff and the very high standards that they achieve. Staff are recruited very carefully so as to ensure that we have a full age range as well as both male and female nursery nurses. Staff Appraisal and Staff Development is an important part of ensuring that we achieve the highest standards of childcare provision and up to date approaches. In addition to having the right staff we also have a very high retention rate with very few staff leaving the company other than to retire. All staff are renowned for their full commitment to the children.

	Alison Thomson Officer in Charge Bell Meadow Alison is the Nursery owner and has been a teacher of special needs, working for Cheshire for over thirty years. She is currently heading up the Bell Meadow Nursery as the Officer in Charge.She has an Honours degree in Education and has recently started studying for her Early Years Professional Status. She has a real passion for quality childcare.
	Louise Saville Deputy Officer in Charge Bell Meadow Louise is our Deputy Officer in Charge at our new nursery in Bell Meadow. Louise has worked in the nursery for the last eight years, she holds qualifications in NVQ Level 3 in Play Work, First Aid and Food Hygiene and has achieved her NVQ Level 4 in Childcare, Learning and Development.
